Objectives of the Saudi Urological Association:

  1. Encourage the advancement of the scientific knowledge in the field of Urology.

  2. Keep SUA members in a state of continuous communications on the scientific level.

  3. Provide consultations to others in the field of specialization and related matters.

  4. Optimize the scientific and professional standards of the members.

  5. Facilitate exchange of scientific views, ideas, results of research work that are related to the associations activities among the various concerned establishments and bodies within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Activities of the Saudi Urological Association:

As stated in article number two of the general rules and regulations of the Saudi Scientific associations, the activities of SUA are focused on the following:

  1. Research and development, may also be conducted on behalf of other bodies within the frame of scientific collaboration and the provision of professional consultations.

  2. Enriching the literature in the field of specialization by new articles, papers, books and the translation of scientific books.

  3. Conduction of scientific studies to improve professional application.

  4. Publish scientific journals, newsletters, and periodicals in the fields of the association.

  5. Conduct courses, conferences and workshops

  6. Participate in the related local and international scientific exhibitions

  7. Invite visiting professors and researchers to participate in the associations activities according to the regulations of this matter.

  8. Conduct scientific trips and contests in the fields of specialization.

أهداف الجمعية السعودية لجراحة المسالك البولية

  • تهدف الجمعية السعودية لجراحة المسالك البولية الى ما يلي:

  • تنمية الفكر العلمي في مجال تخصص جراحة المسالك البولية والعمل على تطويره وتنشيطه.

  • تحقيق التواصل العلمي لأعضاء الجمعية.

  • تقديم المشورة العلمية في مجال التخصص.

  • تطوير الأداء العلمي والمهني لأعضاء الجمعية.

  • تيسير تبادل الإنتاج العلمي، والأفكار العلمية في مجال اهتمامات الجمعية بين الهيئات والمؤسسات المعنية داخل المملكة وخارجها.


نشاطات الجمعية

نشاط الجمعية السعودية لجراحة المسالك البولية

  • يتلخص نشاط الجمعية السعودية لجراحة المسالك البولية في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف المنصوص عليها في المادة الثانية في ما يلي:

  • تشجيع اجراء البحوث والاستشارات العلمية.

  • تأليف وترجمة الكتب العلمية في مجال اهتمامها وما يتصل بها من مجالات اخرى.

  • اجراء الدراسات العلمية لتطور جوانب الممارسة التطبيقية.

  • عقد الندوات والحلقات الدراسية والدورات التى تتصل بمجلات اهتمامها.

  • إصدار الدراسات والنشرات والدوريات العلمية التى تتصل بمجالات اهتمامها.

  • المشاركة في المعارض المحلية والدولية.

  • دعوة العلماء والمفكرين ذوي العلاقة للمشاركة في نشاطات الجمعية وذلك وفق الإجراءات المنظمة لذلك.

  • تنظيم رحلات علمية لأعضائها وإقامة مسابقات علمية في مجال تخصصها.
